You can choose one of our fixed rate conventional mortgages that can be tailored to the length of term you need.  The initial interest rate will not change during the life of the loan.
**Your interest rate is not locked until the Rockville Bank Mortgage Rate Lock Agreement is signed in the presence of a bank representative and the rate lock fee is paid.  Fee is credited toward the closing costs.
ALL RATES ASSUME LOANS MEETS INVESTOR GUIDELINES FOR CREDIT, DOCUMENTATION AND COLLATERAL.  Rockville Bank may offer an alternative portfolio product for those requests not meeting investor guidelines.  Portfolio products may vary from those reflected below and may be subject to different interest rates and fees which are subject to change without notice.

BIWEEKLY LOANS
 
Rockville Bank offers BiWeekly Loans payable every 14 days.  This product reduces the repayment term from 30 years to approximately 22 years.  Automatic Funds Transfer (AFT) is required for the life of the loan.
